CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCTS TO LOOMSTOHOMES.COM ?

To return a product, please call or emails us with your invoice within the within 72 hours. For returned items there is a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. For exchanges, we work with each customer and product on an individual basis given their need.

DOES THE RUGS COME WITH CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN ?

Our entire UNIQUE inventory is genuinely handmade and we provide our customers certificate of origin, history, material and value.

LOOMStoHOMES.COM concierge service strives to bring 100% satisfaction and full service to our customers in their residence hassle free. If you have rugs that need to be repaired or in need of professional cleaning, please contact our customer services and you will be directed to our repair and cleaning department. Our professionals will come and pick up the rugs that need to be cleaned or repaired and as soon as they are ready will be returned back to their home.
